Jordan grew up in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, where she developed a deep appreciation for nature and family. Jordan has served as a trusted real estate consultant and advisor across Western North Carolina since 2020. She specializes in guiding sellers with strategic and creative choices to maximize profits, and she helps all our clients secure the best possible terms through expert negotiation.
Jordan first entered the local real estate market in WNC as an investor and has bought and sold 11 personal investment properties. In 2021, she founded a bustling real estate investing meetup in the Asheville area, which has grown to over 250 members. She has a keen understanding of the financial and economic factors involved in buying and selling across all market conditions.
Before beginning her real estate career, Jordan worked in organic agriculture. As she often says, “No one works harder than a farmer!” Jordan has been collaborating with a group of friends for the last year to purchase land and establish a new eco-village outside Asheville. This project is the nexus of her passion for community, environmentally conscious & interconnected living. When not tending to her garden, Jordan enjoys spending time with her family and their beloved pup, Gertie.

Diana Barrett
Transaction & Operations Manager
Diana is 100% homegrown — an Asheville native, born and raised. She's been rooted in real estate since 2022, now blossoming with the Bloom Realty team as Transaction & Operations Manager, where she guides every transaction from contract to closing, allowing clients and agents to feel supported every step of the way. She brings a sharp eye for detail and a steady presence, keeping the many moving pieces of each transaction organized and on track. Before real estate, Diana built her foundation in the equestrian world, personal assisting, and property management — work that taught her that being present, organized, and dependable isn't just a skill, it's an art.
Diana carries deep gratitude for the years she spent backpacking through Central America and wandering across the United States — journeys that unraveled her, remade her, and taught her that home isn't a single place, but something you carry and find again and again. When she's not coordinating contracts and closings, you'll find her out in her garden, taking nature walks through the mountains she calls home, cooking up nourishing meals, and getting creative with her latest craft project. At home, she's kept busy (and very loved) by her son Blu, her partner CJ, their dog Willow, and their two cats, Butters and Toast.
